Frequently asked questions about 7Running
Your coach runs on a training method built for running. In practice, it applies proven rules: Your endurance is driven by heart rate, not pace. Pace varies with fatigue and terrain. Heart rate stays more stable. You never stack two hard sessions within 3 days. That's where injuries happen. Your speed sessions vary over the weeks (sometimes short and intense, sometimes longer and sustained) to make you progress on several fronts at once. Your target paces come as ranges (for example 4:20 to 4:35 per km), not rigid numbers you have to hit to the second. Your perceived effort wins if the prescribed pace feels off that day. Your coach suggests, you decide. Every week, your plan rewrites itself around what you actually ran, with gentle adaptation (never a big brutal jump). Where a chat like ChatGPT gives the best advice it can with what it knows, your coach reads your Strava and Garmin data live and adapts to what you actually do.
€14.99 a month with no commitment, or €96 a year (€8 a month). Both give you the same thing: your plans all season, your coach live, and your plan rewritten every week around what you actually ran.
Yes. Monthly: €14.99, no commitment, cancel anytime from your account. Yearly: €96 paid upfront for twelve months, renewed every year unless you cancel before the renewal date.
That works too. You pick "Just improve" in the questionnaire, no date, no target time. Your coach builds you an open-ended plan set to your current level: consistency, progressive volume, varied sessions to build your endurance and speed. If a race comes up later, you create a dedicated plan, included in the Club.
Connect your Garmin or Strava, and your runs come into the app on their own after each run. With the Club, your workouts also go to your Garmin watch every night, structured block by block (warm-up, intervals, recoveries) with your target paces, ready to follow as you run. Without the Club, you send a workout from your plan in one tap. With the Club, your workouts for the next 7 days also go to your COROS watch, or to your Apple Watch from the iPhone app. Polar: coming soon.
Your full roadmap (phases, volume, projected time, paces) and your Week 1 are free, no credit card. Then you join the Club, monthly or yearly, to get your full plan. And if you want to see the whole plan before paying, that's what the fourteen days are for.
You add your card, nothing is charged. You get the whole Club for fourteen days: your full plan, your coach, your sessions sent to your watch, and your plan readjusting to what you actually ran. At the end, €96 for the year, unless you cancel before. We email you seven days before, with the date and the amount.
From your account, at any time. Your access runs to the end of the fourteen days and nothing is charged.
Yes. You adjust sessions straight from the chat with your coach: "move my hard session to Thursday", "skip Tuesday, something came up", "ease off this week, my legs are heavy". Every change feeds into the next week's readjustment.
Your coach re-reads your actual runs every week. The week you actually ran is what your next week is built from, not the one that was planned. Nothing doubled, nothing to catch up, and your goal stays.
Yes, two at the same time (for example 10K and marathon), both included in the Club. Once a race is done, you prepare the next one at no extra cost.
Yes. Trail is a supported goal with its specifics: long runs with elevation gain and trail-specific hill intervals. Short trail, long trail: we cover the formats.
You can schedule your cross-training sessions (cycling, swimming, strength, mobility, etc.) directly in your plan. Cross-training activities recorded with Strava are also imported automatically. But they don't count toward the overall load for the weekly adaptation: your coach adapts the plan on your running load only.
